Message In A Bottle

Our Lions club keep a huge number of local surgeries and residential homes stocked with Message In A Bottle packs, and the associated posters and leaflets. We receive regular calls when they have run out and re-stock each place as quickly as we can. During the height of covid, we were dropping these off to people in need all around the Bracknell area.

Message in a Bottle is not solely a Lions initiative, however it is an initiative that very many Lions Clubs across the country have taken to and recognise as a means of fulfilling our motto "We Serve".

This scheme is free to the user. Whilst it is focused on the more vulnerable people in our community, anyone can fall downstairs, so this scheme can benefit anyone, including you. As a minimum it will save the Emergency Services valuable time identifying you and your emergency contacts. By telling whether you have special medication or allergies or not, it is a potential lifesaver and provides peace of mind to users and their friends and families.

If you would like a Message In A Bottle pack for yourself or a loved-one, please contact us using the link at the top of the page. Alternatively you can order larger amounts for doctors surgeries, residential homes, libraries, social clubs etc, so please drop us a line so we can get you stocked up. We also have leaflets and can come and talk to residents about the benefits of the scheme.
